Back safe y'all

Time can't be wasted when you've one day left in Singapore.
i was well pleased with myself for getting so much done before my night flight.
Tecman to get a book i wanted but they didn't have it, just as well i found a bargain price book called Roaring Lambs for $7.50
then to Acts bookshop at Raffles City to find the book i wanted, with discount!
Saw angel, went POSB together at Taka, had Pepper Lunch as our last meal together.
Followed by a couple of goodbye calls, mochi ice-cream time with ben.
bump into rob f, a UK school friend at the isetan under shaw house.
Head home for last minute packing, then to the airport i go!

the security did concern a bit as i didn't want to lose my shopping to the confiscation bin. more than that, i didn't want BA to lose my luggage.
i had to remind myself to stop worrying.
so many people came to see us off, i was secretly very touched.
even the ones that genuinely couldn't make it remembered my departure date with SMSes.
after successfully checking in, we went in search of food.
i hauled the jing-gang to Terminal 2 to get some passable local food.
little did i expect an hour to pass so quickly and that i was to be the self-appointed leader, no one was really making any decisions.
so major THANKS to sabrina for calling me with the news that our flight was already on Last Call status.
then on was all a bit of a blur, rushing to pack gifts, find passport and boarding pass, say meaningful goodbyes, cry while hugging people farewell, and running (literally) to our gate at the end of the terminal.
i didn't expect leaving this year to be so difficult.

and so my question is answered: I am truly a Singaporean at heart.
i am missing everything my summer gave me very much right now.
