Last 100mWhoohoo! it's may and that means two things.
One more month before Cara arrives!
two more months before I come home!
I have this amazing plan of updating my blog like crazy, so i get a good record of my holiday this year and taking lots of useless pictures of singapore to keep the atmosphere fresh in my mind.
...but i just don't think that's going to happen.
i'm sitting here now having just wolfed my breakfast of fried egg and mushrooms with mozerella cheese and ham on toast with BBQ sauce on top.
boy, do i know how to enjoy food.
a well earned meal after my morning run. Mmm-mm!
I've got the discovery channel right outside my windows.
Having witnessed a disturbing amount of shagging seagulls, I can now see a sole egg half buried in a nest at the corner of the seconary roof under me.
the mother sits on it if she feels like it, not as dedicated as chickens maybe.
the father on guard-duty, strutting up and down the fringe of the roof.
i've just gone to the window to check they are still being faithful parents.
the sun is fully shining these days, making it almost criminal that i have to stay in and revise.
today is my last chance of taking my brain like sebastian the crab and stuffing it with leaves of 'Environmental Building Science'
like the french chef in The Little Mermaid, remember?
and at the last exam in my uni life tomorrow, i shall have information bursting out my face; through my hands onto paper. (that's the hope)
Yesterday's highlight was a lovely meal with Elly, Donna, Peggy and Elly's rents at the China House; which is
not a chinese restaurant but just a pub.
Scampi for the main course, with dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream for desert. They made a mistake and we got a brownie desert free! whoohoo!

Ugly Duckling gig:
as promised here are shots of the only proper gig i've been to in Plymouth.
if you want to know what Ugly Duckling produce, click
here.
This group from Longbeach California, dropped by a club 10mins from where i live.
£6 at the door, and a night of loud loud rapping.
the opening act, Giant Panda, were a bit too rude for my liking.
i stay loyal to U.D.
and in fact Dizzy, the biggest group member, spoke to me while i casually walked by the merch stall trying to act as cool and uninterested as possible.
he said he "liked my style" (referring to my outfit)
Woot! he probably says that to every girl walking past.
but who cares! a celebrity spoke to me first ok!!! don't play-play!
