It has been 5 days.

i've been quite content expecting peoples' blogs to get updated daily and to let mine write itself.
i really do wonder, see; how many people bother to read this non-sense.
so that's why: no motivation innit?

but for those who've made it past the first paragraph.
i'm finally free, and loving the awkwardness of it.
today i had my end of year crit, where i got swallowed, chewed and spewed out the other end of a tunnel of questions attacking my most recent design project.
the funniest one, which i'm glad i answered well.

"So if I was a _______, _______ terrorist, could I simply walk onto site like this?" *uses finger to draw a squiggly line on plan*

"Well, anyone can get into any building if they really wanted to? Like at Prince William's party? With all due respect, I mean."

"Hmmm, ok."

I mean come-on!
*rolls eyes and shakes head*
I somehow managed to hold back my Niagara of tears until I left their presence.
I didn't mean to do it, they just came.
I kept wiping my eyes only to find them wet again!

So, besides that, i've had a wonderful few days.
actually enjoying the weather with people, not believing I need to be somewhere else doing work.
God's been weighing things on my heart, finally!
and I hope to get into some serious song-writing in the next few weeks before Princess Cara arrives.
I'll work on lyrics for now, but we'll see eh?

Tomorrow, I see a beach trip potentially in store.
Mmm-mm! yummy times.
