Monday morning

well the last hour of the morning anyway, that's worth a mention.
It's a bank holiday here in England.
as you may guess, all the banks are closed; and I imagine all the bankers going whoopee doo as they wander around town looking at their workplace lights out, with their children nagging for more easter eggs.

a couple of nights back, I was reading on runnersworld.com that going for a run before breakfast is the thing to do!
that explains a lot about what they do in NS and in sunday school camps when i was littler.
So i decided to try today!

I woke up at 11 *covers eyes with arm*
i slept at 3 lah.
so i woke up and figured i could fit a run in before the hour limit after waking up that i have to have breakfast in (apparently)
It's so great to run on an empty stomach.
I really managed to sweat it out a bit more.
my knee wasn't being too funny, same with my feet.

I sit here now, with french toast in me.
I'm really enjoying scrapping the honey off my plate.
and it reminds me of when i was barely a teen and when there wasn't any sugar loaded snackeroos in the house, i'd take a teaspoon and scoop out the honey jar.
sounds sickly, i know, but so nice to lick.

i feel like i've really earned my breakfast this morning.
i've got bottles of water everywhere.
Bible and all.
emails from A and mum, just bringing sunny smiles only God sees me do.

Watching so many films recently, i'm obliged to at least review them.
in due time mon ami, in due time.
