my report won't write itself

Friday's used to be my day off, but this year that's quite a different story.
probably one of the most necessary and tiring days of my every week.
i start with a 2 hour tutorial.
followed by a crit anytime after that, which usually lasts more than an hour.
now that doesn't sound as bad as my 6hr lecture session at 9 on wednesdays.
But! Fridays need work.
in both sessions, i'm required to interact, and that takes real thinking.
they don't ask any air-head tasks of me.

so i've just survived another friday, surviving on a sesame bar at lunch.
i came home and stuffed myself with all the rest of the food i should have had today.
probably shouldn't have done that, but it's too late for words now.

tomorrow, i'll attempt to cook a full dinner for 7 people.
i made the desert tonight (fruited raspberry jelly, and plain strawberry for the fussy ones) and hopefully all will go well tomorrow.
i look forward to the challenge, and wonder if i was really meant to be a chef.

the week has gone surprisingly well.
God's been really helping me with my work.
because i've been spending as much time as others in the studio, but seem to be churning out very clear and self-explanatory diagrams!

never say you don't have time for God, because anything given to Him is never really lost.
it's now pretty late, but i'm attempting to start my archi history logbook assignment which i should have started weeks ago.
on prehistoric and vernacular architecture, and anything else i feel i can write about as i walk along the "old" streets of Plymouth.

on my bed sits a little pile of clothes and 3 apples i bought yesterday.
how amusing! *sticks tongue out and bops head around lightly*
i must take more photographs.
