Jazz clubs are always sweet

i had an amazing weekend planned in my head.
but it was only partly successful.

Friday night, i gave myself a well deserved trip to the Barbican Jazz Club.
with paul and russ, we got a good 2 hours of ear-popping jazz.
it was good, but sad to think of all the people there kissing, smoking and drinking, with no real purpose in life.

Saturday was spent almost all by myself, which was still good.
Meet The Fockers was a good sequal to Meet The Parents.
i do regret how i spent my time yesterday.

Sunday, a day dedicated to God.
which is what everyday should be like.
but church today was uplifting yet busy.
trying to talk/catchup with as many people as possible.
the student group is growing so soon this will be impossible.

followed by a quick lunch before a girly meet up group.
girls from 13-16 with 2 ladies, one of which who's my acting mom.
discussing a recent prog on tv called "No Sex Please, We're Teenagers."
consisting of 12 English teens on a project to abstain from sexual activity for 5 months.
in this day and age, that is a real mission.
i sorta said what i had to say, which aunty Kim said was really anointed.
that can only be God.
because i love speaking, but when it comes to speaking sense, that's definitely God.

after which we shared life over a couple of hot chocolates.
what an encouragement to converse with someone who's much older and sees wisdom in what you say.
all i know is that must be Jesus, because people that know the real me; know i'm not like that by nature.

enough of this i-did-this-i-did-that post.
pictures will do the talking.
