Sunny Sided.

Don't you find that the weekends usually live up to their names.
Saturdays are usually good weathered.
and Sundays are usually annoyingly sunny, sending everyone into some napping spell.

So I jumped in a car, with jules, em and johnny to cruise to Banthum beach.
before which we stopped by a mega supermarket, which got me willy wonkered!
the biggest supermarket i've been doing here at uni has been the little one in town.
couldn't resist a cake only 99p (approx S$3) and with a name like Chocochino.
boy did it taste lush when we set up camp on the sands of Banthum.

i was probably the most restless of the lot, either standing, playing my guitar, wanting to run to the sea (with no spare clothes) or eating.
While i didn't go there to get tanned, i came back a lil' roasted.
For once, i have proof that i've been to a beach long enough for it to show.

Having been back to Spore the past 3 years, it's that time of year again where my annual ritual would mean i'd be packing for my trip right about...now
But not this year.
and the withdrawal symptons have kicked in.
It might possibly be kudos to the Taufik video clip of his appearance on some Food show with Fiona Xie.
(afraid to say, i found only fit for the job because she has an ultra metabolic rate)
Thinkin' of how lush it would be to spend nights out by the Singapore river.
the amazing food that doesn't leave me guilty for feeling full over.
The people that show their love so subtly, yet warmly.
The ones that don't.
Friends that acherly treasure my friendship.

everything invariable (ie.transport/cleaness/bins) while you could be feeling completely arbitrary.

i guess nothing will be able to kill the Singapore girl in me.
