so i guess the question on everyone's mind is
"what is life like at university?"

*sighs* well!
i would have never imagined the amount of time and effort needed to tend to a single individual, namely myself.
there's the cooking, the cleaning, the shopping, the working & socialising.
it's not surprising how a single day just isn't enough to get everything done.
if it's not grocery shopping, it's cleaning.
if it ain't working, it's socialising.
gawd, i dono how i cope.
now i understand why being a Mother is the hardest job in the world.
NEVER look down on mums!

so besides taking care of my little old self...
i've been working on projects.
YES you heard me, projects.
"but it's only the first week!?" i hear you say.
I KNOW!!!
and yet one of them is already due in next tuesday.
so! this is the life i've dreamed of since i was 11.
*ponders hard*

i have to say the only building on campus i'm impressed with...
is the good ol' Library.
4 floors high (i know that's not as big as poly libraries)
but still...
my architecture section is in the basement.
check this out, the light are motion sensored and come to life when you walk by!
the shelves are so high, it's almost like you're standing at the bottom of the twin towers.
NEVER try to return a book you slid off a shelf to it's original placement.
it will never work.
i've tried it and i "thought" i knew exactly where i got the book from...
only to be towered over between 2 shelves which looked identical so that when i looked through one tower, i turned around and it seemed like i didn't turn at all!
and you think i'm exagerrating yeah?
well no.
after 10 minutes, i gave up and simply shoved it on the trolley with the other books astray.

tonight i shall visit the Barbican (aka Clark Quay in Spore)
and shall depict my travels if i get the chance.

NOW back home to cook my dinner!
