after more than a week into my long awaited Singapore holiday,
i felt i needed to kick my brain into gear and TRY to write something creative.

for some reason, this years holiday has become some what of a ritual.
mirroring the previous 2 years.
a typical day goes like this: wake up late, get some food, head to town to meet someone, eat some more, meet someone else, have dinner , head home.
it may sound simple but trust me, that's enough to take all the energy out of my for the day.
a good example would be today where i had to TAKE A NAP at 7pm!
then get up again and head out.

onto more political issues, here are a few things i realised i don't like about Sporeans.
1. the way people talk like they could run the country (you have NOT lived in UK)
2. the way people walk slowly and do it without any consideration to anyone else around them
3. the way people stare at you like they have never seen a human being
4. the way people walk around not intending to be friendly to any human along the way
5. the poor customer service
6. the passive clubbing scene

i will add more to the list when i see more light, and the above applies only to the majority of people, no one in perticular.

unfortunately, anothing thing that has changed about Singapore is the prices.
the price gap between SG and the UK used to need a ladder to climb,
but now, i'm pretty sure that i can get cheaper stuff even in the UK, when it comes to clothes in particular.
they seem to have been pushing prices up ever so slowly hoping that no one notices.
but then they haven't met me!
when i see a spagetti top for S$30, i DO notice the difference from 3 years ago anyway.

for UK people reading this, i do miss you all.
yet, i'm not looking forward to results day one bit.

*sniff sniff* the fan blasting at me now is giving me a cold so i best go before i get ill.
