*jem stares at countdown in shock*
and to think that when i started my countdown...it was over 150 days.

how do 6 days fly by? goodness knows.
but friday night was enjoyable...house parties are good.
not sure how they rate compared to the shiok-ness of lounging around in a club or dancing the night away.

saturday marked the arrival of a "few pieces of Singapore"
a family from our church in singapore came to visit.
and needless to say, cute little girls are cute.
a very cheeky 3 yr old girl, Shayna, made me wonder how cheeky i was when i was 3. she's so cheeky sometimes i have to tell her off. then feel a little bad after that. a taste of parenthood maybe?
then we have less than a year old, Charmaine.
i'm scared to touch her because she cries when ladies carry her. she prefers men. what's going to happen when she becomes a grown women i really do not know. but her cheeks are so soft, it feels like i'm stroking air. no kidding.

by sunday, i was actually knocked out from all the attention i was devoting to the cute girls.
headed to portsmouth to eat dimsum!!! it was a little weird cus it actually felt like singapore. right down to the plastic chopsticks and authentic dim sum. the prawns!!!!!!!!!! *droolS* my weak spot.
couldn't resist although i had breakfast barely a couple of hours before.
got bored in the afternoon so i redid my hair...hiding the exposed roots.

monday! was a nice sunny day, regrets not wearing slippers to college.
even the classes were fun because i think the pressure of exam revision is driving everyone looney.
but the best part of the day, was when i made an appointment with a client to do her hair! *shock shock horrorrrrr*
i found it hard to grasp how much she trusted me...she barely knows me and she wants me to do her daughters hair too *cringe*
i'm just praying i dont mess up.
i've never worked with stiff wire-y hair before...no offence.
*clasps hands* pray God helps me.
at least it's some money...and good experience i spose.

and then we have today!
when i feel it's time to mention my thoughts on the NEW blogger.
so far, i dont see how it's improved besides telling you how much of your blog has been pulished. that hasn't enriched any part of my life yet. doubt it will ever.
i suppose it is better but not in a tremendous way.

as you can probably tell from the tone of this post, i'm tired.

well, i'm off to beautify my toes now.
*tries to whistle*
