*tune plays in the background*
*sways to the beat*
*thinks hard*
*straightens herself*
*smells lunch*
*ignores aroma*

where does time go when people bum? laze? stone? i bet even einstein couldn't answer me that *dignified look*
or maybe he could *frowns slightly*

the less i look, the faster my countdown depreciates. spose its a good thing. but then again... *glances over at unfinished work* hmm...i dono

why am i typing such non-sense? cmon jem... *smacks herself*

okay...the past few days have been one big ROJAK
a very slowwww rojak...
dont ask me what i mean...
but tuesday and wednesday went by fleetly...and so did thursday and LOOK it's friday already!
*sighs and shakes head*
here comes the confession...i havent done ANY work since the start of this hol...
*cringes* feeling guilty already...

well...for a quick sum up of the tuesday-wednesday trip...go here
cant be asked to type it all out again...
but tuesday was nice *smiles to herself* (i think you know why)
meeting singaporeans in a foreign land often appeases the void that grows within between encounters.
for me anyway...i dont know about anyone else.
dats just me...so just the chaste experience of singapore-conversation and food is replete.
no need for any Orchard Road or asking the aunty "zhe ge duo sao?"
(oh dear i'm losing it)

den on a sharp tangent we had a complete ENGLISH afternoon the following day.
doing the works...from mild curry...to an afternoon walk in the rain!!! the RAIN i said...den a cupa tea...tuning 2 guitars?
i dont think the latter qualifies but who cares...
to be honest...the second day was no competition to da prior
*shakes head to emphasize point*
it's simply not me...well...i'm SORRY

thanks to deprivation of sleep over those days...thursday was spent catching up on ritual computer to-dos and resting
clearly i'm making excuses...but the problem with tuesday night's sleep...4 factors
1. it was freaking cold! and i had one layer of blanky
2. my dad snored the WHOLE night
3. one of my earholes was acting up so could only sleep on one side
4. i wanted to be somewhere else before knocking off

well...so today was my reading from the Bible in town.
i was nervous more because i didn't want to mess up in contrast to reading aloud in the middle of a busy town centre.
and the inevitable happened...i messed up a little...only an ickle bit because that part of scripture had HEBREW in it!
and i tried too hard to read it perfectly that i stumbled a little *rolls eyes*
i dont think people minded though...since i quickly covered it up.

but more importantly...during the march...i was just observing passer-bys (wrong spelling)
how everyone had a look on their faces like the world was ending tommorow.
and i just thought "if only they knew Jesus"
even the people on the march were getting distracted by the shop windows.
shop assistants standing by the entrance watching us like we were a bunch of freak-protesters
on the route...i tried my best to contemplate but the harder i tried...the more i failed.
in the end...i went into trance with the drum beat which grew softer as the band rushed ahead.
and rolling eyes between the floor and people passing by, while gripping my mom's fleece-glove-covered hand, madly willing myself to draw some warmth from her.

well, what can i say. my dad has already finished MY bag of mini-eggs which displaced my annual easter egg.
i only had a few...its ok...blessing teddy is better.
(tonni + daddy = teddy)
more of his tummy for me to HUG *squints eyes*
