18 april:
wake up at 5 sumthing in da early morn to carry luggage! crazy right?
on the ferry across to paris...me and my bro explored the deck which was windy like a wind...*huh?* and we crashed the cinema to catch george of the jungle
later that night...me and my mom try to figure out what on earth is going on in a German dubbing of My Best Friends Wedding. not a good idea...cus we ended up making ourselves frustrated trying to firgure out da story...so my mom was making up lines in english for them

19 april:
we finally reach our hotel in the evening...
something weren't right between my dad and me dat time and to keep da holiday mood up...decided to apologise for the sake of keeping my dad happy...cus he's got all the foreign money...(dun tell him that)
then spent the night watching german movies and MTV since it was da only english channel

20 april:
got ready to take cable car up to some mountain with lotsa lotsa ice-kachang on the top...just no colouring
oh man it was jsut like in the movies...pretty preetty
aiyah...so wasted....we arrived too late to go for any skiing or snowboarding lessons...so we jsut went right to the top and it was freaky...lotsa caves and stuff...will show you da pics when they come back to me...
...everyone seems to know how to ski or snowboard in austria...it's like singapore's hobby of eating hawker food

21 april:
still a public hol so we went to salsburg hoping to find some life...found lots!
...lots of people walking aimlessly around the place...in search of food (cus all other shops were closed)
ice-cream...pancakes...hot dogs...chinese food...salad bars...everything could be found man...but mainly lotsa ice-cream shops
but we made a smart choice...we went to this fishy reastaurant and we ate prawns!!!...nice ones!...shiok man!...
and i also saw my workplace in germany cus my coffee house belongs to a german company...they had all the same things in the shop window...cus everyweek they change stock...past few weeks include kitchen week...then men's week...and now children's week...how sad am i??? can remember all this useless information...

22 april:
clever papa said we shouldn't have gone yesterday cus a lot of people would still be around cus of da hol...well...guess wat?...today no lessons available!!!
Haaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiizzzzzzzzz...
plus the night before...had a dream that we weren't allowed to go skiing cus it's too ex...so i tot i dreamt of the future...
but i was wrong...we just don't care and rented skiis for my bro and a jemima-height snowboard for me
we were falling all over the mountain my father was getting exercise from laughing...
my mom bought herself some sleigh thing for kids...and just went down da hill a thousand times...she's easy to please one (typical mom)
then when someone was having a private lesson...i evesdropped on some tips...and so i managed to kinda teach myself to snowboard man...which is quite an achievement for me cus i'm rubbish at skateboarding and my snowboard kept sliding down the hill by itself when i wasn't looking!...
so managed to collect a totally wet-ass...soak until pantease kena also...(sorry if it's too much information)...wet-knees...ice-burn on my arm with blood...a freezing cold nose...sore calf muscles (gastronemius to be specific) from my tight tight boots thanks to the austrlian boot-giving guy wearing surfer shorts high on the mountain!...is he crazy??? [okay better don't scold him cus he was da one i got the tips from...cheeky!!!] and some sun-burn from spending 4 hours on the mountain...it's gone now...so i don't think anyone really believes me...that's da prob wif my skin...cannot get truly sunburn...if i try too hard...skin peels like a potato...just in a groser way
went home that night to watch more german TV and try and figure out the news from the pics they showed on SARS and stuff...did u know they don't call it "sars"...they say "S.A.R.S" pooor guys spending so much time saying such a simple word...bless them
that night...made use of what i learnt in my fitness course to help my mom and bro stretch if not next morning surely ache here and there and everywhere!!!
not sure if we visited the jacuzzi or not?...hmmm...jacuzzi's remind me of sebast...*sigh*

23 april:
ok...went salsburg again to see the shops that were actually open this time...no one was to be found in mango...united colours of benetton...and other jewellery shops...meaning it's very branded for them...so i was quite proud to know that i own stuff from these places!...*grinz*
was surprised to find lotsa tommy hilfiger...eastpack and espirit
in this shop...found these ear warmer...but they aren't your normal ear warmers okay...they were 10-inch long wooly cones which stick out of your ears! and they were 12 euros!my bro tinks it's silly...but in the same shop
saw this super duper kewl bracelet where the beads were like large rock sweets which i saw the first time we came to salsburg...so i wanted to buy it today...

that night i had to persuade mom to let me stay sebast house cus his said i can stay over a while without sebastian asking...i had to remember all my lessons in ciritical thinking to counter argument her...in the end...who won?...*drum roll*...meeee!
and so far...pa doesn't object!...yay!....i'll take that as a yesh...hahahahah

24 april:
walked around the town we were staying in...austria is quite like s'pore...just an ang-mor version...they're quite high tec...alot of automatic stuff...even the toilet...their people are rich so all over the mountain everyone left their skiis all over the place and no one stole anything...people are nice...unlike the french...they don't mind if you speak english to them...the french don't like it...they look at u funnily...
and we went for a boat ride...just da four of us...surrounded by mountains...and i bought a necklace...which had this nice rock...from a rock shop...a lot of expensive rocks...and for da first time...i spent less than my mom...she bought earrings...
we also played tennis...crazily
that night...had lotsa fun playing pictionary as a family...we used my puzzle book to get random words to draw and in the end...me and my mom won!!!...yay!
we were sooooo crazy and my mom was sooo scared we who lose cus my dad kept choosing all the long words to guess...and got more points...but sometimes...we could steal the puzzle!!!...hahahha

25 april:
...we're packed and ready to head home...drive and drive and drive...haiyoyo
i surprised myself by actually doing some work in the car...the first i've done this whole holiday...photography analysis...my worst enemy!!!
spent the night in a nice hotel thing...the TV had soo many channels...and i tink 24hour porn...very naughty i say...but me and my bro were good children...
we also went to a turkish restaurant where i had "Crabeensalat"...which my brother translated as " crab salad" in german
it was yummy cus it had no crab but lotsa prawns and veg...just the way i like it
my bro had a whole salami pizzi for himself
my mom had sum rice thing and my dad also had a rice thing...they had the biggest plates
why can't they serve me normal water wen i say WATER!!!...they give me sum funny bitter bubbling liquid...i gave it to my mom...heez...God bless mommy!

26 april:
leave pretty early to go driving again...but this time...we stopped by brugge
a city of good shopping and what did we buy?...2 bags of easter eggs and some lunch
thanks to my dad taking us along on his version of shopping where u don't buy anything...
but then near the ferry...we stopped by a hyper market where again...parents shopping time...buying wine and shorts for my dad and socks for my mom...something like that....hey man!...da roller blades were like less than 80sing dollars...i wanted some!!!
at least i managed to smuggle some deodorant into the basket...ahhhaha
no lar...they allowed me when i said the price was 2 sumthing...actually 2.99...heez
on the ferry...did a bit more of my work...surprise surprise again...and watch tripleX!!!
nice film...what a nice kiss between vin diesal and the only girl in the film...the first time they did it
my brother kept telling me the story in advance cus he'd seen it in s'pore...
finally...we get home close to midnight and i can't sleep...so i decide to blog...as shown previously
and also read people's blog until my eyes say it's time for bed

the whole time...all i could do was tink of sebast and remember how nice it was wen he was around...
